Streaming platform ZEE5 has updated its New and upcoming section, unveiling a wide-ranging content lineup spanning original series, feature films, regional titles, international releases, and returning seasons. While most titles are listed without confirmed release dates, the refreshed slate signals an active content pipeline across genres and languages.
Among the prominent additions is Navinam, a Telugu ZEE5 original, with its first episode available for free. Malayalam action thriller Doomovie: The Lady’s Purse has also been added in a multi-language format, catering to audiences across regions.
Punjabi comedy sequel Godday Godday Chaa 2 features prominently in the lineup, alongside Telugu fantasy-drama Konaa, which marks another regional original expansion for the platform. Family drama Middle Class is listed as an upcoming release, with its premiere date highlighted within the platform interface.
The upcoming slate also includes Bangla ZEE5 original Rakhini Jibon, Tamil romantic drama Heartley Battery, and Hindi thriller Honeymoon Sehata, all currently marked as coming soon.
Adding to its Hindi original catalogue, ZEE5 has listed Shabad: Reet aur Riwaaz and Saali Mohabbat, while thriller Green and Bengali drama Ardho’r Shesh Prashna strengthen the platform’s regional film offerings.
International and anime content also form part of the update, with Black Phone 2 available on rent, alongside anime film Chainsaw Man: The Movie – Reze Arc. Family-friendly content is represented by Boonie Bears: Homeward Journey, while reality and music programming continues with new episodes of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs and Telugu drama Illale Poornima.
With no comprehensive release calendar disclosed, the updated New and upcoming section reflects ZEE5’s strategy of steadily rolling out content across multiple languages and formats, reinforcing its focus on regional depth, originals, and a diversified entertainment mix.
